Types of Corrections
Minor Corrections
Typos, grammar or formatting errors may be corrected without a formal correction notice.
Factual Corrections
Material factual errors may be corrected and, where appropriate, noted in the article.
Major Updates
When an article has been substantially revised because of new evidence or guidance, we may update the publication/modified date and explain the change where appropriate.
We do not intentionally conceal material corrections.
